You may choose to provide certain information when you contact us through this website, for example your name, email address, company name and the details of your enquiry.

Submissions made through our contact form are sent directly to us using a server-side contact API. That API sends your enquiry to our mailbox using Resend, a third-party email delivery service, and runs on Vercel, the infrastructure platform we use to host this website. Your name, email address, company name and message are included in that submission.

We do not maintain a separate marketing database of contact form submissions. Enquiry details are retained only as described under “Data Retention” below.

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) may automatically record limited technical information when you visit this site, such as IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited, as part of standard server and security logs used to run, monitor and secure the website.

This website does not currently use non-essential cookies, analytics tools or advertising technologies to track visitors, and no such tools (for example Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics or Meta Pixel) are built into the site. If cookies, analytics or advertising tools are introduced in the future, we will update this policy and, where required by law, seek your consent before doing so.

GamePoint is our badminton session, tournament and club management product. GamePoint is designed to store information such as club, player, attendance, pairing, score, ranking and tournament details locally on the user’s device.

Based on the information available to us, GamePoint does not currently use advertising tracking. If you have questions about how a particular version of GamePoint handles information on your device, please contact us using the details below.

Where you provide information to us, for example through our contact form or by email, we may use it to respond to your enquiry, provide information about our services and maintain a record of our communication with you.

Where UK data-protection law applies, we rely on legitimate interests to respond to enquiries you send us, and, where relevant, your consent, such as the consent checkbox on our contact form, as the legal basis for processing your information.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information with service providers who help us operate this website or deliver enquiries to us, currently Vercel (hosting and infrastructure) and Resend (email delivery), and only to the extent necessary for them to provide their services.

We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and for a limited period afterwards for record-keeping purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised where practical.

We take reasonable steps to protect information sent to us, but no method of transmission over the internet or email is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The infrastructure used to run this website and deliver email, including Vercel and Resend, may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure information is handled in line with applicable data-protection requirements.

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to request that information be provided in a portable format, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
